Your Course Leader
Becki is a highly qualified fitness and Pilates expert with a wealth of experience in education. She holds a Degree, PGCE, and qualifications in assessment and instruction. With over a thousand hours of experience teaching group and individual reformer Pilates, Becki has trained at some of the UK's top studios.
In October 2023, she opened FLOW Reformer Studio, where she offers a range of classes. Her qualifications include Level 3 and 4 Pilates, Exercise Therapy, Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Pre/Postnatal fitness.
